Exterior Additions
SERVICE OVERVIEW
Whether our clients are seeking two-season, three-season or completely enclosed additions to their home, our approach is consistent – we use top grade materials, follow our customer’s design ideas and bring permanent value to their home and their lifestyle.
Major addition projects can create disruptions around the work. With that in mind, starting on time, finishing on time and cleaning up every day are all part of our reputation! Part of our “respect” for our customers includes going through all the details before we start.
- Get it right on the ground – What kind of anchoring and/or foundation will go underneath the addition is important to everything else.
- How does it connect to your home - A tight and permanent weather seal is critical.
- Choosing exterior finishes - Are you mixing or matching with your existing exterior?
- Choosing Interior finishes - Same question as above.
- Mechanical planning - Heating, plumbing and electrical systems needed?
- Timing- It takes time to get specialized materials to your job!
Fielding Construction has years of hands-on experience and you will be working directly with the skilled craftspeople doing your job. That’s part of our reputation for respect…we treat your home like we would our own home!
